Terrific Tools for Teaching in Bloom's Taxonomy
What a great session hosted by Cory Plough, with Amanda Dykes and Michelle Baldwin. They introduced dozens of web tools to be used to work within Bloom's Taxonomy, giving detailed practical applications that they have actually used. I found in Cory the same eagerness to share and collaborate so prevalent among ISTE attendees - he welcomed input, follow up, and opened his experience and resources to us all. This is my way of thanking him, by paying it forward the best way I can! Back to the session...
Participants were encouraged to share their own experience with iPad apps, web 2.0 tools, and other internet resources and strategies they have used in the classroom.
As Cory mentioned, many tools can fit into several categories, depending on you they are used. The tools were divided among the Bloom's categories, and Cory's site is a treasure trove of those links and resources. Check it out.
